Yes. We offer FREE USA shipping on all orders over $50 USD. Our Standard Domestic Shipping generally takes between 3 to 6 business days, while Standard International Shipping can take between 7 to 25 business days.

The shipping duration times are estimates and not guaranteed. And for some countries we are unable to offer our standard international shipping option. This is because the local post offices are not reliable enough unfortunately. 

After your payment has been verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Purchases made after 12 am PST will be shipped out the next business day. And if you make an order after 12 am PST on a Friday, then it will likely be shipped out the following Monday.

Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll take you through the process.

Yes. We offer FREE domestic returns on all orders over $50 USD. For international orders outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for returning the product.  

The product must be unused and in the same original condition that you received it in. 

Yes. We offer a limited warranty that covers any manufacturer's defects for up to 24 months after the original purchase date. 

So if your product has a defect and it is our fault, we will replace it for you 100% free. Note, the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, modifications, repairs, or theft. 

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims so please make sure to keep your receipt. If you have purchased it from our website then the order number will suffice. 

Yes, but please contact us as soon as possible. Once we have shipped out your order, we will not be able to make any changes.

This just means that we have successfully received your order. Once we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

Due to the repurposed and upcycled nature of the inner tubes, every product will vary slightly from one another. The differences might include, texture, patterns, lines, wear and tear, and thickness of the inner tube. The differences are subtle and everything else including the design and specs will be exactly as in the photos. 

We handcraft every product in Los Angeles. 

The inner tubes we use are made of butyl rubber, which is one of the strongest and most robust elastomers available. It also has exceptional resistance to moisture and a number of other liquids. The first major application of butyl rubber was tire inner tubes. But it has been used in footballs, gas masks, and even chewing gum. 

The felt that we use is a high-quality fiber made in the USA from 100% post-consumer recycled and BPA-free plastic bottles. 

The thread that we use is a strong T-70 nylon thread made in the US. It is often used for automotive, luggage & handbags, sporting goods, safety & flotation devices, and specialty industrial products. It has a good abrasion resistance and excellent seam strength.
