Returns

We offer free and easy returns on all domestic orders over $50 USD. For international returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note the product must be unused and in the same original condition you received it in. 

To submit a return request, please contact as soon as possible so we can start the process. Make sure to include your order number. We will do our best to respond within 24 to 48 hours. 

Once we have received your return and verified it is unused, we will refund you via your original payment method. It generally takes between 3 to 5 business days for the funds to arrive in your account.
